Titular diocese of Phoba
Phoba ( Italian : Foba ) is a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church .
It goes back to an earlier diocese of the ancient city of the same name in the Roman province of Asia or in late antiquity Phrygia Pacatiana in what is now western Turkey . The diocese belonged to the ecclesiastical province of Laodicea ad Lycum .
