Tom Dooley (athlete)
Tom Dooley (actually Thomas Robert Dooley; born December 9, 1945 in San Francisco ) is a former American walker .
In the 20 km walk he finished fourth at the Pan American Games in Winnipeg in 1967 , came 17th at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, won silver at the 1971 Pan American Games in Cali and was ranked at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich 15th place.
