Tom Kleffmann

Tom Kleffmann (born April 13, 1960 in Hanover ) is a German Protestant theologian , and since 2006 Professor of Systematic Theology at the University of Kassel .

Career

He studied philosophy, history and theology in Göttingen , where Jörg Baur was his teacher, and in Tübingen (especially with Eberhard Jüngel ). In 1993 he was awarded a doctorate in Göttingen based on a dissertation supervised by Joachim Ringleben . theol. PhD. From 1997 to 2003 he was a research assistant at Ringleben. During this time he was ordained in 1998 and completed his habilitation in 2001 . From 2005 to 2006 he was visiting professor at the Humboldt University in Berlin .
