Tommaso Cuccioni

Tommaso Cuccioni (* around 1790 in Rome ; † 23 August 1864 there ) was an Italian engraver and graphic dealer, from 1852 also a photographer in Rome.

He stabbed and published various series of small-format view series for the tourist market. Around 1820 to 1840 the Nuova Raccolta di Vedute Antiche et Moderne della Citta di Roma with 100 copper engravings of Roman sights (format approx. 10 × 14 cm), and the Numero cento Vedute di Roma e sue vicinance (17.5 × 23.5 cm).

From the 1840s he switched to sales, from 1852 to the production of photographic images of Roman works of art and monuments . In 1862 he sent to the London World's Fair . After his death, the business passed to his brother Gioacchino and his widow Isabella, who also had the use of photographs by other photographers.
