Tomohiro Wanami ( Japanese 和 波 智 広 , Wanami Tomohiro ; born April 27, 1980 in Mie Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Wanami learned to play soccer on the school team at Akatsuki High School . He signed his first contract in 1999 with the Bellmare Hiratsuka (today: Shonan Bellmare). The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 1999 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club he completed 52 games. In 2001 he moved to the first division club Consadole Sapporo . At the end of the 2002 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. In 2004 he was loaned to the first division club Vissel Kobe . In May 2004 he returned to Consadole Sapporo . For the club he completed 174 games. At the end of 2007 he ended his career as a football player.
