Tomoki Imai ( Japanese 今井 智 基 Imai Tomoki ; born November 29, 1990 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Imai learned to play football in the youth team of Omiya Ardija and the university team of Chūō University . He signed his first contract with Omiya Ardija in 2013. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2014 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In June 2015 he moved to the first division club Kashiwa Reysol . For the club, he completed five first division games. In August 2018 he moved to the second division club Matsumoto Yamaga FC . In 2018 he became champion of the J2 League with the club and rose to the J1 League. For the club he completed 25 league games. In 2020 he moved to Western United .
