Tomotaka Okamoto ( Japanese 岡本知 剛 Okamoto Tomotaka ; born June 29, 1990 in Hiroshima Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Okamoto learned to play football in the youth team of Sanfrecce Hiroshima . He signed his first contract with Sanfrecce Hiroshima in 2008. The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2008 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . For the club, he completed four league games. In 2011 he was loaned to the second division club Sagan Tosu . In 2011 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed 60 league games. In 2013 he returned to Sanfrecce Hiroshima. With the club he became Japanese champion in 2013 . For the club he completed six first division games. In 2014 he moved to league rivals Sagan Tosu. For the club, he completed 40 first division games. In July 2016 he moved to league rival Shonan Bellmare . In 2017 he moved to second division Matsumoto Yamaga FC . For the club he completed 16 league games. In 2019 he moved to third division club Roasso Kumamoto .
