Tonny Pannemans
Tonny Pannemans (born February 18, 1946 in Venlo ) is a Dutch badminton player .
Career
Tonny Pannemans moved with her family to Heerlen in 1950 at the age of four . Her father, himself a badminton player, encouraged her to play badminton. At the age of 14, she began training at ODS (Ontspanning Door Sport) in 1960, and one year later she switched to HBC (Heerlense Badminton Club). In 1968 and 1971 she won the Belgian International and in 1975 the Swiss Open. She was honored in 2005 by her hometown of Heerlen for her later success with senior citizens.
