Torashi Shimazu ( Japanese 島 津 虎 史 Shimazu Torashi ; born August 20, 1978 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Shimazu learned to play soccer on the school team at Hamamatsu Koto High School and the university team at Toin University of Yokohama . He signed his first contract with Ventforet Kofu in 2003 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2005 he moved to league rivals Tokushima Vortis . For the club he completed 83 league games. In 2009 he moved to the first division team JEF United Chiba .
