Torre Cepsa (formerly Torre Repsol , Torre Caja Madrid ) is the name of a skyscraper in the Spanish capital, Madrid . The 249.5 meter and 45 storey high office building was originally built by the oil company Repsol YPF as part of the Cuatro Torres Business Area complex consisting of four high-rise buildings.
