Edificio Torre Triana is an administrative building in the district of Triana in Seville , capital of the autonomous region of Andalusia .

The postmodern rotunda is the largest administrative building of the government of Andalusia. Several ministries with thousands of employees are housed in this complex. The Torre Triana was built according to the design of the architect Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza as part of the Seville World Exhibition in 1992 and commissioned as an administration building in 1993. Construction began in November 1989. The shape of the property is essentially rectangular and has an area of ​​around five hectares.
