Torre de Cristal (Crystal Tower ) is the name of a skyscraper in the Spanish capital, Madrid . The skyscraper was completed at the end of 2008 in the Cuatro Torres Business Area skyscraper complex . At 249 meters and 52 floors, it is the second highest in Spain behind the Torre Caja Madrid . The skyscraper designed by the architect César Pelli is currently the headquarters of Mutua Madrileña .
