Toto (dice game)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Toto , also known as ten times , is a simple dice game with a single dice and a dice cup for any number of players. A variant with fewer rounds is the game of six .

Style of play

Toto is played with a single dice and dice cup.

Each player receives a piece of paper and a pen in advance and notes down the numbers one to ten, followed by a mark . The actual game is played in turn: Each player rolls the dice once and writes the result of the dice behind any multiplication mark and multiplies it by the number there. He tries to achieve the highest possible result with each throw; a high number of dice, such as a six, should be multiplied by a very high number on the piece of paper if possible. After ten rounds the results of all calculations are added up, the player with the highest total wins the game.

In a game of six, only the numbers one to six are noted and each player has only six throws that he has to assign to the multipliers. Again, the player with the most points wins.
