The Toua tunnel is the middle roundabout tunnel of the Albula Railway on the Bergün - Preda section in the canton of Graubünden ( Switzerland ). It is 677 meters long, making it the fourth longest tunnel in the entire Albula Railway (after the Albula Tunnel , Greifenstein and Solis Tunnels). The total of three roundabout tunnels and four Albula aviaducts (crossing of the valley) ensure the gain in height, without which an adhesion railway would not be possible. What is special is the fact that the Toua tunnel and the Zuondra tunnel were driven directly one above the other into the same mountain flank.
