Tour Cèdre (formerly also Tour T4 and Tour Cegetel ) is the name of a high-rise building in the Paris suburb of Courbevoie in the office district of La Défense . When it was completed in 1998, the 103-meter-high office tower was the twenty-eighth tallest in the La Défense business district.
