Operations
Track + uses a web server or application server , such as B. Tomcat or WildFly , and a database server , such as. B. MySQL , PostgreSQL or FirebirdSQL . Processes (issues) can be entered by users with appropriate rights and then assigned to a processor. Each process goes through a life cycle, which is identified by a status and a person responsible. Each process can be linked to descriptions, documents of any kind and references to other processes. Processes can be organized hierarchically.
The interpretation of a process is kept quite general; z. For example, an operation can be a requirement, a bug, a problem report, a milestone, a risk, and so on. Process types can be defined by the user and can each be linked to their own workflows. Overviews can be created in textual form and graphically, e.g. B. as Gantt charts .
