Track & Field (music)

Track & Field is a Canadian producer duo comprised of Gerald Eaton ("Track") and Brian West ("Field").

The producers' first release was their debut album Whoa, Nelly! the pop singer Nelly Furtado . The two producers had previously worked on demo recordings with Furtado. Whoa, Nelly! was nominated for four Grammys in 2002, including “Best Production”. The successor Folklore was also created in collaboration with Track & Field. In 2007 they produced the album The Dusty Foot Philosopher by rapper K'naan , which was released on their own Track & Field Records label.

In addition to their production activities, the two musicians are also members of the rock band The Philosopher Kings .
