Travel Industry Club

The Travel Industry Club is a registered association based in Frankfurt am Main .

It was founded in 2005. According to its own information, it has over 800 members. Members include natural and legal persons from all branches of industry. President is Dirk Bremer.

The purpose is to improve the perception of the private and business travel sector in the public, the media and politicians. Another task is to carry out or commission surveys and market research on the subject of tourism.

In the spring of 2014, the Young Travel Industry Club was founded, which is aimed at young professionals from the travel industry and students specializing in tourism. The aim is to offer young professionals the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with one another and with leading managers in the tourism industry.

Awards

The association awards prizes to companies and personalities in the travel industry. During the “Award Night” on the eve of the Berlin International Tourism Exchange, the Lifetime Award , the Media Award , the Tourism Ambassador Award and the Best Practice Award are presented annually. Two personalities will also be inducted into the association's Travel Hall of Fame National and International. In addition, the Travel Industry Club annually awards the "Travel Industry Manager" and "Sales & Retail Manager" of the year on the eve of the FVW Mediengruppe congress, presents the "Business Travel Award" and awards the "Best Marketing Campaign", the "Best Travel Technology Solution "and the" Best Travel Industry App - Mobile Services ".
