Meeting point (Swiss radio broadcast)

The meeting point is a morning broadcast on Radio SRF 1 and offers opinions, stories, experiences and emotions from everyday life and the life of the audience. These are each viewed from different perspectives. According to their own presentation, the audience should get to know people “who are characterized by special achievements, people with exemplary character and moral courage ”.

The program is currently moderated alternately by Sandra Schiess , Christina Lang , Adrian Küpfer , Dani Fohrler , Michael Brunner and Stefan Siegenthaler . The first broadcast was on Monday, September 20, 1999. In 2004, Treffpunkt had a reach of 530,900 listeners. The broadcast lasts one hour and begins after the 10 a.m. news, it is broadcast live and, like many programs on Swiss Radio and Television SRF, is close to the listener thanks to the inclusion of telephone and Internet .
