Stefan Siegenthaler (moderator)
Stefan Siegenthaler (born November 14, 1982 in Kaufdorf ) is a Swiss radio presenter and editor .
Career
Siegenthaler lived in his birthplace Kaufdorf for the first 22 years and then moved to the city of Bern . He initially completed an apprenticeship as a federally certified retail specialist at Migros . After eight years in this profession, he finished his work in the retail trade in 2006 and switched to the media industry and journalism .
In 2006, he therefore applied for a traineeship at several local radio stations . A short time later he decided to do an internship at Bern's local radio station Radio BE1 , which he started in November 2006. After a few months in the editorial business , he then moderated various broadcasts.
In April 2010, the Bern local station Radio BE1 , which had previously been taken over by Ringier , was renamed Energy Bern . There he took over the after-work program Energy Downtown , which he hosted for two years.
After six years, Siegenthaler switched to Radio SRF 1 in 2010 . There he moderates various broadcasts to this day and can be heard on the morning broadcast, among other things.
Siegenthaler is in a relationship and lives in Kloten .
