Treudd von Lyngsta - at O. Montelius

The Treudd von Lyngsta (also Lyngstad; RAÄ-Nr. Sorunda 160: 1) is a three-armed stone setting west of Ösmo in the province of Södermanland in Sweden . Treuddar are three-armed, flat stone mounds with concave sides from the Iron Age .

The Treudd of Lingsta is in the middle of an Iron Age burial ground . Its concave sides have a length of about 24.0 m. This Treudd has an approximately 1.5 m high building stone in the middle. It is shown on page 351 of the book "Sveriges hednatid" (1877) by Oscar Montelius . The lake in the background, on the north side of which is the Treudd, is the Västra Styran .
