Trick & Kubic is the joint music project of the two Prenzlauer DJs Frank Hermann and Lars Niekisch.
background
Hermann and Niekisch began playing in the Berlin techno club Tresor in 2002. In autumn 2004, the first joint maxi single was released under the title Can't Stop . With their second production Orbital Dance Machine Trick & Kubic were distributed worldwide on the compilation Bondi Beach: New Year's Eve '06 produced by Fatboy Slim .
In February 2006 the title Easy appeared . Among other things, it was used in the casting show Germany's Next Top Model and later in an advertising clip for the Oui fashion label with the winning model Lena Gercke . Thereupon the two managed to jump into the German charts in July 2006 with the track.
