Troppauer cultural honor
The Troppau cultural gift was a culture and literature prize from the city of Troppau .
The only ceremony took place in 1944 at the of Jägerndorf originating librarian and writer Dr. phil. Robert Hohlbaum , who was living in Weimar at the time .
