The Tschärzistal is located in the municipality of Gsteig near Gstaad in the Swiss canton of Bern at an altitude of 1541  m above sea level. M. (Arnensee). The valley is not permanently inhabited.

The Tschärzis valley is traversed by the Tschärzisbach , which joins the Saane in Feutersoey . On the northern side, the Tschärzistal is bounded by the Scharteflühe (Furggenspitz, Wittenberghorn); on the southern side are the mountains Walighürli , Blattistand , Stuedelistand and the Seeberghorn . In the east, the Seeberg and the Arnenhore form the end of the valley.

Access

The Tschärzistal can be accessed via a toll road from Feutersoey. During the winter the road is closed due to the danger of avalanches, falling rocks and snow. At the Arnensee at the western end of the Tschärzistal there is a restaurant and a small campsite.
