Tschindirtschero

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tschindirtschero ( Russian Чиндирчеро ) is a ski resort in central Dagestan near the village of Ginta in Akusha Raion .

Tschindirtschero was developed into a winter sports area in the 2000s by local, but Moscow- based, investors. There are currently eight bow lifts, each around 250 meters long. The total length of the slopes is three kilometers. Most of the tourists in Tschindirtschero are from the Republic of Dagestan.

Winter sports

In Tschindirtschero you can go snowboarding and skiing, and other winter sports are also represented. Since very few tourists have their own equipment, the rental of the equipment is included in the price of the hotel accommodation.

Further expansion of the ski area

A further expansion of the ski area is planned by 2017 - including three more bow lifts and three longer chair lifts; the investment costs should amount to five billion rubles .

Summer sports area

In summer extreme sports such as paragliding and hang gliding, as well as river rafting are offered.
