Tserenpiliin Balkhaajav

Tserenpiliin Balkhaajav ( alternative spelling of the name: Tserenpiliin Balhajav ; * December 20, 1928 ) is a former Mongolian politician of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MRVP) in the Mongolian People's Republic .

Life

Tserenpiliin Balkhaajav graduated from the party college of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MRVP), the Moscow State University and the Academy of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the CPSU. From 1952 to 1955 he was himself a lecturer at the party university of the MRVP and subsequently from 1955 to 1972 successively research scientist, head of a section and finally head of a department at the Institute for Party History of the MRVP. After he was head of a department of the Central Committee (ZK) of the MRVP between 1972 and 1984 , he acted as secretary of the Central Committee of the MRVP between 1984 and 1990.

Balkhaajav, who was also a deputy of the Great People's Chural , the parliament of the Mongolian People's Republic, was a member of the Central Committee's Politburo between January and March 1990.
