Tucker Fredricks (born April 16, 1984 in Janesville ) is an American speed skater . The member of the US national speed skating team specializes in the sprint courses.

Fredericks played ice hockey until he was twelve , but then changed the sport because he was sorted out as too small. He made his debut in the World Cup in early December 2002 . His best placings so far have been two second places over the 100 and 500 meter courses at the beginning of 2005. He was once US American champion over the 500 meter course (2006), twice second and third. On December 7, 2007, he won the 500 m at the World Cup in Heerenveen .

After participating in the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin, Fredricks also took part in the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver . He finished 12th over the 500 meter course.
