The Tumbledown Cliffs ( English for dilapidated cliffs ) are striking and around 360 m high cliffs on the west coast of the West Antarctic James Ross Island . They tower 5 km north of the Cape Obelisk .
She probably discovered Otto Nordenskjöld in 1903 during the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on September 4, 1957 after the boulders at the foot of the cliffs.
