Dab kick

The dab step , sometimes also referred to as dab step , is a term from today's folk dance and comes from the Middle Ages. With the dab kick, a foot is put down with the tip forward, diagonally or sideways , similar to the tap . In the second cycle time, it is usually taken back to the basic position.
