Turgay Uzun (born August 16, 1974 ) is a Turkish professional boxer from Koblenz .
He played his first professional fight on August 21, 1999 against Marek Koupil and won over four rounds on points. On October 13, 2001 he was with a knockout victory in round 4 over Abdelilah Benabbou, international German welterweight champion.
On January 17, 2004, he won the BDB welterweight championship with a points win over 10 rounds against Marcen Gierke . On December 23, 2007 he was also international German light middleweight champion, after a points win over 10 rounds against Pietro d'Alessio.
