Tuzsér SE
The Tuzsér SE ( Tuzsér Sportegyesület ) is a Hungarian football club from Tuzsér , which currently plays in the third-class Nemzeti Bajnokság III .
The association was founded in 1948. The club colors are green and white. The stadium is called Lónyai Kastélykerti pálya and has 1,500 seats, 350 of which are covered.
Club history
The club made it to the third division for the first time in the 1960s (NB III). From the end of the 1980s to 1997, however, Tuzsér only played in the lower class Megyei II. Osztály before advancing to the first division of the county (Megyei Io) succeeded.
In 2001 things went up, back to the third division of the country. In 2005 the Tisza csoport (group Tisza) ended in first place, but in the relegation games for promotion Tuzsér failed at Putnoki VSE.
In 2006 the success in the league could be repeated and the promotion realized. With 6th place in the past 2006/2007 second division season, the best result in the club's history was achieved.
