Twente-Achterhoek-Rinne

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Twente-Achterhoek-Rinne is the name given to an Ice Age channel that can be found from the Lower Rhine to the west of Bentheim . The channel was washed out by meltwater flowing southwards. It was created similarly and probably at the same time as the Münsterländer gravel belt, which ran further east .
