Twist Phelan
Twist Phelan is an American thriller writer and lawyer.
Phelan's short stories A Stab in the Heart (2010) and Footprints in Water (2014) each won the International Thriller Award in the Best Short Story category .
Prior to working as a writer, Phelan completed a Bachelor's and Degree in Law degree from Stanford University .
