Two Bloor West is a tall office building at the intersection of Yonge Street and Bloor Street in Toronto , Ontario , Canada . The building was completed in 1973 and is 148 meters high and has 34 floors above ground. The building is owned by the Canadian investor group Oxford Properties. The building is also known as the CIBC Tower.
The building was last completely renovated in 1986. There are several offices of various companies in the building. However, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has rented the largest office space. The building has a large hall on the ground floor where there are several shops and restaurants / cafes. The building is underground connected to the Bloor-Yonge Subway station.
