Tyô-no-kubo (from Japanese 蝶 の く ぼ 'butterfly kettle ' ) is a bowl-shaped depression in Queen Maud's East Antarctica . In the Queen Fabiola Mountains , it is located in the southwest of Mount Eyskens .

Japanese scientists took measurements in 1960 and in 1981 named the valley based on Tyô-ga-take , a sub-peak of Mount Eyskens.
