Ty Warner (born September 3, 1944 ) is an American entrepreneur .
Life
Warner attended St. John's Military Academy in Delafield , Wisconsin . He founded Ty Inc. , which he is the sole owner. The company produces toys and cuddly toys. Among other things, Warner invented the beanie babies . According to Forbes Magazine , Warner is one of the richest Americans. The Ty Warner Sea Center maritime museum in California was founded in 2005 with Ty Warner funding.
