Tyrimmas

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tyrimmas is said to have been the third king of Macedon . It probably ruled from the late 8th to the early 7th century BC. Chr.

According to the ancient lists of kings, he ruled for 38 years; according to Diodor 43. His relationship to his predecessor and his successor is unknown. Nothing else is known about him either. He was succeeded by Perdiccas .

The historicity of Tyrimmas, like that of its two predecessors, is controversial in modern research.
