Uğur Demirkol (born January 16, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German - Turkish football player .

Career

society

Demirkol played in the youth departments of FC Brandenburg 03 and Tennis Borussia Berlin before moving to Hertha BSC in 2003. With the club's B youth team, he won the Northeast regional league season in 2006, at that time the top division in this age group. In the subsequent final round of the German championship , the team failed in the semi-finals at Borussia Dortmund. In early 2007 Demirkol moved to the Turkish Süper Lig to Ankaraspor and made his first division debut on August 11, 2008. In the following season, the left full-back played 17 league games for the Central Anatolian club and reached the semi-finals of the Turkish Cup competition .

In September 2009, Ankaraspor was sentenced to relegation by the Turkish Association and suspended from the game after there was suspicion that Ankaraspor and Ankaragücü wanted to merge and could therefore distort competition. In January 2010 Demirkol then moved to MKE Ankaragücü , but was not part of the professional team there. In January 2011 he returned to Germany and joined the SC Freiburg second team , who played in the Regionalliga Süd . For the 2011/12 season Demirkol moved to the Regionalliga promoted SV Waldhof Mannheim .

In summer 2013 he was hired by Kayseri Erciyesspor . For the next winter break he was loaned to the second division Şanlıurfaspor until the end of the season. At the end of the season he returned to Erciyesspor. Here he played for a season and left the club after the end of the contract in summer 2015.

National team

Between 2006 and 2009 Demirkol came in the ages U-16 to U-19 to a total of 36 assignments for Turkish junior national teams.
