Udo Ebert (Economist)
Udo Ebert is a German economist .
Life
From 1965 to 1978 he studied economics and mathematics at the University of Münster . From 1970 to 1979 he was a research assistant at the computer center of the University of Münster. After receiving his doctorate in 1975 as Dr. rer. nat. in Münster from 1980 to 1989 he was a research assistant at the Institute for Social and Economic Sciences at the University of Bonn . From 1989 to 2009 he taught as a university professor for economics and finance at the University of Oldenburg .
His main research interests are problems of taxation, investigation of distribution problems, methods for assessing income distributions, assessment of and welfare measurement for non-marketable (public / environmental) goods and effects / incentives and design of environmental economic instruments.
