Udo Klenner

Udo Klenner (born August 19, 1957 in Hoyerswerda ) is a German painter, director, costume and set designer.

From 1974 to 1976 he completed an apprenticeship in decorative painting on television in the GDR. From 1980 to 1985 he studied at the Dresden University of Fine Arts with Professor Hornig. From 1990 teaching at the Berlin-Weißensee School of Art . Udo Klenner is represented in the Deutsche Bank Art Collection . Since 1984 Klenner has been working as a set and costume designer for operas, musicals, ballet and drama, especially at city theaters in the new federal states, including the Bautzen, Erfurt, Magdeburg, Zwickau and Anklam theaters. In addition, she works as a director at various off-theaters, especially in Berlin.

Klenner lives and works in Berlin .
