Udo Vorholt

Udo Vorholt (* 1957 in Hagen ) is Professor of Political Science in the Faculty of Human Sciences and Theology at TU Dortmund University .

Life

Udo Vorholt studied political science, sociology, education and advanced training at the Ruhr University of Education and the Universities of Dortmund and Bochum. In 1990 he received his doctorate in political science on the subject of the Soviet Union in the judgment of social democratic exile 1933 to 1945 at the University of Dortmund. The habilitation took place in 1997 at the University of Dortmund on the subject of Leonard Nelson's political theory .

His academic focus is on parties, political education and questions of political theory.
