Ueli Kestenholz (born May 10, 1975 in Thun ) is a Swiss snowboarder and extreme athlete.

He won the bronze medal at the 1995 ISF Snowboard World Championship in Davos . At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , he won bronze in the giant slalom. He also won gold in snowboard cross at the 2003 and 2004 X Games . He was able to win a total of 14 World Cup wins in his career.

After his third Olympic Games in Turin in 2006 , Ueli decided to concentrate on freeriding, film and photo projects from now on. In 2007 he started the Playgravity project with his friend Mathias Roten. The highlight of this multi-sport film, which has won several awards, is the speed ride on the Eiger , Mönch and Jungfrau . He currently lives in Thun .
