As banks perennials is known in horticulture , the perennials that unlike splendor perennials or ground-mounted perennials can not thrive in a normal garden bed, but as the site pond shore, shallow water, swamps or flooded soils need. Unlike rock garden or alpine perennials , they require wet soil or even a flooding of the roots .
