Ukrainian Canadian Congress

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (abbreviated UCC ; German: Ukrainian-Canadian Congress) is an interest group of the Ukrainian - Canadian exile community in Canada. Founded in 1940 in Winnipeg , the Congress is the umbrella organization of the Ukrainian-Canadian organizations at all government levels with 1.2 million members.

President of the organization Paul Grod

The organization's president, Paul Grod , who has been in office since 2007, was banned from Russia on March 24, 2014 in retaliation for the sanctions imposed by Canada on Russia in connection with the Crimean crisis .
