Ulrich Hillebrand

Ulrich Hillebrand (born May 20, 1960 ) is a former German basketball player .

career

He played in the youth division of SV Fortuna Hagen. From the 1980/81 season Hillebrand belonged to the Bundesliga team of Goldstar Hagen (later renamed Brandt Hagen) and was in the squad until 1989. He held the position of playmaker (1.87 meters tall) and was nicknamed "Shorty".

He later played for SVD 49 Dortmund in the 2nd basketball league .

In 1982 he played an international match for the German national team.
