Ulrich Turk

Ulrich Türk (also Uli Türk ; * 1955 in Neuwied am Rhein ) is a German guitarist, composer, songwriter, radio presenter and specialist book author.

Life

He achieved first notoriety through his collaboration with Lutz Görner , whose stage programs he designed musically from 1979 to 1988 and with whom he released 20 LPs. During this period he also made numerous radio and television appearances.

After the end of the collaboration with Görner, numerous music projects for children followed. a. with Katja Ebstein and songs for the show with the mouse, film music and radio work. As a radio presenter he could be heard in 24 episodes of music memory on WDR. He continued to be involved in literary programs, initially through the Gedichtezeit series, and later partly on stage again with his children. The guitarist was also on tour with a Beatles program.

Türk also composes for other artists. He also wrote several guitar books.

For several years now, Ulrich Türk has been calling himself Uli Türk in an artistic context.
