The company goes back to P3 - Ingenieurgesellschaft für Management und Organization mbH , which was founded in Aachen in 1996 and was created in 2019 as part of the division of the holding P3 Group GmbH into P3 group AG (since October 25, 2019 as Umlaut AG) based in Aachen and P3 Global GmbH based in Stuttgart.
