Accident insurance

The accident insurance in Germany is part of the German civil service pensions and the welfare of soldiers and judges . Its function corresponds to the statutory accident insurance for employees.

A civil servant , soldier or judge is entitled to accident insurance if he has an accident at work . For federal civil servants and federal judges, this is regulated in Section 31 of the Civil Service Supply Act, for soldiers in Section 27 (2) of the Soldier Service Act and for state officials in the respective state supply laws .

Officials are also on service programs , missions and the way between office and home under the protection of accident compensation.
