Chopin Ridge ( Polish Grań Chopina ) is a 265  m high mountain ridge on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It rises north-south between the Lions Rump and the Low Head .

Participants in a Polish Antarctic expedition to King George Island, which lasted from 1977 to 1979, named him after the Polish-French composer Frédéric Chopin (1810–1849). The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee transferred the Polish name to English on April 3, 1984.
