The Unfallkasse Post und Telekom in Germany was a corporation under public law with its seat in Tübingen . There were branch offices in Darmstadt and Berlin . It emerged in 1995 as part of the Post Reform II from the Central Office for Occupational Safety and Health and the implementing authority for accident insurance of the Deutsche Bundespost .
